Month-Long DMARC monitoring

I review your aggregate and failure reports for a month and update your DNS records to help you validate all senders associated with your domain.

Depending on your situation, there may be no/some/lots of email interactions during the month as I see errors and fix the issues. At times, I will need you to take action (but will provide instructions) on what you need to do and send me to fix some errors.

Start date for the monitoring period will be once I have access to your DNS records (I’ll explain how to grant me access).

Populating Extra Books/Series

If you have more books or series than those included in our packages, GoCreate.me will populate them for you, in all available formats, for all major retailers.

Includes cover image, sales synopsis, retailer links for various formats, and fill out any other rich media information if provided (book excerpt, YouTube video, SoundCloud excerpt, praise, etc.). For series pages, it includes a description (to be provided by you) as well as links to your series page at the retailers and ensures the appropriate books are tagged to appear in the correct order.

Newsletter Authentication

Having problems with email delivery? GoCreate.me will take care of authenticating your newsletter service for you.

This is included in the Professional and E-Commerce Packages.

Populating Extra Pages/Posts/Products

If you’d like more pages populated for you, just send your text/images, and GoCreate.me will take care of it.

It does not include writing, editing, or proofreading your text. Final content must be provided or each individual content revision will be charged as an additional page.

Want to start selling ebooks, print books, audiobooks, and/or merchandise directly from your WordPress site? GoCreate.me will guide you, show you how to connect BookFunnel for delivery of files, and recommend free/premium plugins and third-party services for your needs.

Malware Removal

Has your WordPress website been infected or hacked? Caro will clean it up for you and beef up your security.

Retrieval of Tracking Snippets

If you don’t know how to verify your domain with Facebook, create a Facebook Pixel, and/or how to find your Google Analytics tracking snippet, Caro will guide you via screen-sharing and get everything sorted.

Website Migration

Move your existing WordPress website to a new hosting company, test contact forms and newsletter sign-ups, set up your security certificate*, set up email account(s)*, modify DNS records, re-authenticate your newsletter service, etc.

* If provided by your hosting company. Costs of purchasing new hosting service is not included.

Parallax WooCommerce Upgrade

If I built your site a few years ago using my Parallax for Writers theme, then you can’t run WooCommerce as-is. If you’d like to upgrade your theme for full support of selling direct, then this service is for you.

This service is only available to those who have it installed from years ago but doesn’t include populating products or store settings but videos are provided to guide you with WooCommerce.

Import from BlogEngine.net

Do you have a BlogEngine.net blog you’d like to incorporate into your new redesigned site? This add-on service is for you.

NOTE: BlogEngine.net is no longer supported and the import process into WordPress is intricate and time-consuming. The post authors, categories, and tags will unfortunately not be migrated. You will have to go through and re-categorize things manually after I’m done. This add-on covers importing up to 600 blog posts, your images, and reconnecting your images in each blog post.
