Do you want to increase the deliverability of your emails and improve the level of protection associated with your domain name as a source of emails (so it’s less likely that someone can spoof your emails or impersonate you)?
This service is for you.
I review your DMARC aggregate and failure reports for a month and update your DNS records to help you validate all senders associated with your domain name.
This includes helping you fix your newsletter authentication and alignment (if not already done) and fix the DNS records from various services that send emails on behalf of your domain name so that they have a valid SPF and/or DKIM record, whenever possible.
The author will choose where to leave the DMARC policy after the month-long monitoring period (sending invalid senders to the inbox OR spam OR rejecting those emails). I will recommend something based on what I saw and what happened during the month-long monitoring period.
The price is PER DOMAIN NAME, in USD.
If you want this done for 3 different pen names, each with its own domain, you would need to purchase 3 separate products.
Depending on your situation, there may be NO/SOME/LOTS of email interactions during the month as I see errors and fix the issues.
I will ask for credentials so I can update your DNS records without asking you each time, but I may need you to take action from time to time. If this is the case, I will provide instructions on what you need to do and what you need to send me (so I can fix the validation errors that were reported).
PLEASE ENTER YOUR DOMAIN NAME IN THE “ADDITIONAL INFORMATION” FIELD AT CHECKOUT.
Please select the month when you’d like to start your monitoring.
The exact start and end dates will vary.
If you don’t have a valid DMARC record at all, I will put one in as soon as possible (without starting the monitoring per se) in order to protect you from the new DMARC policy that Yahoo and Gmail are implementing as of February 1, 2024.
The official start date for your month-long monitoring period is when the DMARC monitoring kicks in. (After I’ve reached out to you to get hosting login credentials and added myself as a recipient to those emails.)
The official end date will be 31 days after the start date for your domain monitoring.
NOTE: 🇨🇦 If you are Canadian (like me), you can skip the PayPal payment (Add to cart button below) and pay me via Interac instead. In CAD, I charge 200, including GST. If you want to do that, send an Interac transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org for CAD200 and then email me the billing information you want on your invoice (send an email to same email address), and I’ll email you a formal invoice/proof of payment within 48 hours of receiving your Interac payment.
